Details / 

• Its composition is made of 18/10 stainless steel, the highest grade available. It is dishwasher safe, and resists corrosion and rust
• Don’t leave greasy or dirty flatware overnight, even if, or especially if you use pre-soaking solutions as they are corrosive chemicals
• Avoid use of glass cleaner (e.g. Windex), and lemon detergents as they damage the steel. Make sure to always dry flatware and hollowware to avoid corrosion
• Store in a cool, dry area. Humidity is the number one enemy of metal (any metal) flatware and hollowware
• Bouillon Spoon, Dessert Knife, Espresso Spoon, Appetizer/Cake Fork, and Butter Knife are unavailable in Brushed.
